In addition Pay pal has been set up for ride payments and annual dues. Both websites include GPS coordinates. Currently we are receiving free hosting of these websites. We would like to get additional sponsors for the website such as motels for the accommodation page of the Maple Leaf site. We would like to add some form of the minutes to the website along with a question and answer link. Work day photos were suggested to be added as well. June 7th is Boomtown Days in Joplin. Talk of having a booth. We also agreed to get cost information on ordering a banner to use at events. Colors should be dark green lettering on white with our logo. We talked about joining the Joplin chamber of Commerce although cost was a concern. Planning for the maple leaf has begun. We need to have bathrooms this year along with more food. We plan to have the kid rodeo again but would like to arrange for helmet donation possibly through Aaron Sachs. We will be included on Carthage’s Maple Leaf brochure however we need to have our own brochure for registration. A tri-fold was suggested. Registration form, map and information. The Kellogg Lake Pavilion needs to be reserved and street closure needs to be arranged. A quarterly newsletter was suggested as well as getting a non profit postal permit to cut down on mailing cost. Formal letters have been sent to trespassing property owners along the Ruby Jack. A Letter has been sent to the National Guard requesting help with Ruby Jack construction. There is a pile of rock near 17th in Webb city. It may be left over and we could possibly have it donated. Anderson engineering would be the contact. Two Frisco Greenway work evenings were set. Tuesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 22nd. Attention was to be given to wash outs and tree removal. Rock will be delivered to the St. Louis parking area before the Tuesday work evening.
